Alaskan Angling Adventures offers you the chance to fish in search of King, Silver, and Sockeye Salmon, as well as Dolly Varden and Rainbow Trout. Launching out of Cooper Landing, Sterling or Kasilof you will be fishing in the heart of the Chugach National Forest or the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge while still being an easy drive from local cities.

Expert level guidance from Mike. Tactics, strategy, presentations….all of it was well thought out and throughly explained. He is patient, well prepared and knowledgeable about all things related to the Kenai Pensula. Highly recommended.

What a day! My son and I went out with Captain Mike and had the time of our lives. Knowledgeable and skilled at finding the best places and explanations of what to do. Additionally, there was an incident with another boat on the river, who needed assistance. Mike was quick to help and handled the situation with thoughtful professionalism.
Amazing trip
My son and I had an awesome day with Mike Adams on the upper Kenai River. Mike was very patient with us teaching my son and I how to use the fly rods. We had an amazing float and I highly recommend Mike Adams! Dan and Brent from Michigan
My father, brother and I had a great half day trip with Mike! He definitely knows the river and had us on fish all the time. We just showed up and all the gear was in the boat and ready. All we had to do was get in our seats and wait for him to give us our poles. Then we were off on the most beautiful river ever. Even though we had limited fishing knowledge or experience, with Captain Mike's help, we each caught many fish! If you can get on Mike's schedule, do it!
Mike was very knowledgeable about how to catch sockeye salmon and he took us to the right place in the Kenai River.
What an amazing trip! Highly recommend captain Mike. He did not disappoint.
My Dad and I booked a day river cruise with Mike and had a great time fishing. Mike was very responsive and easy to work with prior and during the trip. He really worked the river making sure we had a chance to fish all areas and taught us various techniques for river fishing. I would recommend Mike to others and look forward to booking again with him.
Even though we where in between salmon runs, Mike took us rite to where he thought salmon would be hanging. We limited out in several hours. Great trip and guide, no reason to look anywhere else. We’ll book with Mike again. Rick and Tina
