Alaskan Widespread Fishing Adventures are a duo team, Mindy and Reubin, who fish on the Kenai Peninsula year-round. They operate several boats on the rivers and salt water and also offer an exciting hiking and wading adventure for those who want to try something unique and different.
If you are up to a challenge and have a special event in mind, look no further. Bring your whole family with you or head out with your friends, fishing buddies, or colleagues. Leaving from the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge in Soldotna, you will get off the beaten path and emerge in a more intimate experience to target Trout, Dolly Varden, Char, and Grayling.
You will be wading with fly rods, all the tackle, and any fish harvested will be filleted for you. You don't have to be an experienced fisherman to be able to fully enjoy this adventure; just get ready for some pleasant and rewarding physical activity! For every two to five anglers in your group, you will have a guide who will be assisting you through the trip.

Hike In Fishing Adventures on September 9, 2021 • 2 adultsCody was a great guide and extremely patient and helpful with two beginner fly fishermen. It was late in the season (Anchor River, early September), and the fish seemed off the bite a bit, but he worked hard to get us on fish, and put us on rainbows when the silvers weren't showing up. My wife had the opportunity to reel in a nice salmon on her first fly fishing trip so that will be a great memory for a long time. Thanks Cody!
