For such diverse waters, you'll need a versatile boat. Fortunately, the 25' Fiberglass angler boat does just the job. Powered by a 115 HP Yamaha four stroke engine, you'll smoothly drift along the waters wherever you are. A light boat, she'll navigate the shallow waters with ease, while she has plenty about her to stay steady offshore. Fitted with a 12' canopy to protect you from the sun, she also features all the latest safety and navigational equipment.
You'll find the latest Penn, Sedona, Daiwa, and Orvis fishing gear on board, and you'll catch live bait as part of the journey for a full fishing experience. On the flats, ideal for fly fishing, you'll go after every angler's favorite, Tarpon, as well as Permit and Bonefish. Head to the reefs, and you'll get the chance to go snorkeling among the beautiful fish. Go after delicious Snappers, Groupers, and exciting Barracudas, Amberjacks, and more. And, just 21-22 miles offshore, you can find majestic Marlin and tasty Mahi Mahi – the list goes on and on.
At the end of your trip, the captain or his first mate will clean and prepare your catch for you to bring back home or to take to a beachside restaurant. On full-day trips, of fishing and snorkeling combination you'll be treated to a hearty meal of the day's catch on the grill, BBQ-chicken, baked beans, roasted vegetables, Scalloped potatoes, and fresh tropical fruit. We headed out to the reef in the morning for some Wahoo and Grouper…unfortunately conditions werent ideal but we got to ride the high seas and it was awesome. We came back over the reef and hit a TON of Barracuda and the entire family caught at least one (12 total) and it was a blast! Weather was perfect and we got to see a lot of the great outer islands along the way. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks for the unforgettable ride!

Half Day Trip – Inner Reef (AM) on May 2, 2024 • 6 adultsSix members of the Men From Possie group set out to have a wonderful time on a fishing expedition with Captain Edlin of Placencia Fishing Charters and he most certainly did not disappoint. Captain Edlin informed my party that he would take us to location where we would start catching fishing as soon as we drop our lure in the water, and that is exactly what happened. Within minutes of our arrival at the location one of my friends had a Spanish Mackerel on the line, and as another friend was pulling his line in he got a hit. Before long we had caught a number of fish including a couple of bonitos. One of my friends hooked a giant kingfish which eventually broke the line. We were also treated conch diving and were able take him home quite a few of these tasty mulluscs. We then proceeded to bottom fishing where we caught a number of Lane Snappers, Yellowtails, Mahogany Snappers, Dog Snappers, Coneys and Jacks. At the conclusion of our trip Captain Edlin and his assistant helped us to clean the fish so that we could enjoy some for dinner. Throughout the trip our captain ensured that we had a great fishing experience. He also emphasized safety. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable but was also very patient and accommodating. If I ever visit Belize again I will without a doubt book my fishing trip with Captain Edlin and I recommend him without any reservations whatsoever! What an amazing trip!

Hook&Cook! on December 25, 2023 • 1 adultI'm a 60+ single female and had the time of my life! Lincoln, my tour guide, took very good care of me. We trolled with live bait after he caught the sardines on the shoreline. I caught several fish including yellowfinned snapper that he cooked to perfection once we got to Moho Caye island. Such yummy Caribbean spices. Then we spent a few hours of relaxation and swimming (he also had snorkeling gear if I wanted it). I can't begin to describe how beautiful that Island is. The water was crystal clear and all the beautiful turquoise and blue colors you can imagine. Then Lincoln took me bottom fishing, which I requested. They cater your fishing experience based on what you want to do. I caught a baby strawberry grouper, a few other species I don't remember, and a "holy" Spanish mackerel. I will never forget this Christmas in paradise! Thanks for the time of my life!

Full Day Trip – Inner Reef on July 11, 2025 • 4 adultsThis was not a fishing trip, it was a CATCHING trip. Captain Doug had us on the fish the whole time. None stop catching all types of fish. From picking us up on the beach right in front of our house to a fabulous lunch served on the boat it would be hard to find a better choice!

We had a wonderful day out on the water with the captain and crew. This was the highlight of our trip and it did not disappoint! The team helped us find where the fish were and we reeled in enough for a wonderful dinner in town (Harbor View fish prep was amazing - highly recommend!) and have a full cooler to make ceviche and bring some frozen fish home with us. I would recommend this charter to anyone interested in catching fish!
We were a group of four, 3 men 1 women all day reef fishing We arrived by 8 Boat was ready to go and We headed out it was sunny and calm . First stop we made for live bait they filled the livewell.We first troll live bait hooked up instantly after everyone had caught fish A buddy called bottom fish we're biting After a couple of hours of none stop catching we went back on the troll and caught more Overall we got 40 plus fish of 10 different species Capt Edlin was fun and personal and knows how to put you on the Fish
