Big Fish Guide Service invites you for a day of fun exploration and excellent fishing on the Fox Chain! If you've never cast your line in this area before, then you're missing out a lot, but don't worry, Captain Joe Kieser can fix it.
Your guide has spent years on the local waters, and he knows where to do to find you a hookup. Here, you'll exclusively target Musky, that come in good sizes, not to mention that they're fun to catch. This is a catch-and-release fishery, so whatever you do hook, you should release right away. Your guide will show you how to do it properly.
To have a successful day on the water, you'll need a reliable boat to take you to the fishing holes, and that's exactly what 21' Ranger is. The boat can fit up to 3 anglers and have them fishing comfortably.
Your guide uses top-of-the-line navigational electronics to find your prey, and he'll provide you with good-quality gear to use. When you need to keep it on the down-low, there's a trolling motor that will help you sneak up to your catch.
Capt. Joe loves taking out anglers of all levels and ages, including kids. If you're coming with your little ones, make sure to coordinate everything with your guide before the trip so that he can prepare everything. You'll also need a valid fishing license, food, drinks, seasonal clothing, and of course, good fishing mood.

Half-Day Trip Walleye, Bass, Pan on August 7, 2024 • 2 adultsMy son and I had a great night fishing with Captain Joe! He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and kind. He knows the lakes and channels like the back of his hand, and you feel very safe heading out with him! My son was able to catch a beautiful walleye, and that was a total highlight of the night! Night! If you can be lucky enough to book a trip with Captain Joe, you'll enjoy the whole experience!

Full Day Musky Trip on April 27, 2024 • 3 adultsOur guide really knew the chain the wind gusts were 30 mph+ he kept the boat in place and took us to several coves with minimal wind explained everything showed us how each Lure was to be retrieved. We had an awesome time.

Half Day Evening Musky Trip on June 23, 2024 • 2 adultsAlthough we didn’t catch a musky, we had a really good time on the water. Cap’n Joseph provided us with all the necessary equipment and took us to the spots where we’d be more likely to catch a musky. However, the fish just wasn’t interested. In short, no fish, but a great time nonetheless. Thank you cap’n Joseph for your time and effort. Special thanks for your patience and willingness to accommodate our late arrival.

Half-Day Trip Walleye, Bass, Pan on August 24, 2024 • 3 adults • 1 childCaptain Joe was great, clean and comfortable boat, knew where the fish were, we probably would have caught more if it wasn't for "user error" and letting our bait keep being eaten without setting the hook! Lake Geneva was a little too busy during the first few hours with boaters, very choppy, but not much Captain Joe could do about that. Next time I'd try an earlier time before the lake gets too packed. Overall, a lot of fun and a great first time fishing experience for my son

Half Day Evening Musky Trip on July 11, 2022 • 1 adultI had never fished for musky, but it was a 'bucket list' item for me! Cpt Joe was very knowledgeable. Although I've fished for almost 60-yrs, I had never used baitcasting reels, not as I had noted, fished for musky. He taught me well! I'll be traveling to his area for business once a month thru Sep and will book with him each month!
