Chasin’ Dreams Sportfishing 

My family and I had a great trip. Captian Dave was ready to set out as soon as we arrived. We stepped aboard captin Dave’s beautiful, and clean boat Keeper. We then set out and gave us a great saftey run down and told us how we would be fishing. He put us on the fish right away and we caught our limit (5) within an hour and the rest of the trip we caught fish for fun 18 total fish. The best thing about the trip my son brought in his first rockfish and another in our group caught his first fish ever. Thank you so mch to captian Dave and Chasin Dreams sportsfishing for the great day and the memories thatcwere made.

I booked a half day charter on the Bay with Captain Dave and had an incredible experience. The 4 of us met him at the Marina and away we went. As we made our way to the fishing area, time was not wasted. We got a crash course in boat safety, rescue equipment and where it was located. He described how to fish striped bass and how he’d steer the boat to give us the best chance of a catching trip. The weather was cloudy, pretty windy and tide was super high at the begining. We ended with sunshine, a slight breeze and still water. It was fish on the entire time, sometimes 2 and 3 at a time! Captain Dave was eager to help, great with tips & tricks and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed great conversation along the way. From the very start, it was obvious how much Captain Dave enjoys what he does, sharing his love of the water and fishing. That passion carried through the entire day and made it such a memorable trip! 5- Striped Bass 1- Blue Catfish and too many catch and release to count. We had an amazing trip with Captain David! As first-time rockfish anglers, we really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and informative he was. Captain Dave delivers the fish and provides a great experience. My family caught over 20 large Rock fish and had a blast. His 1st mate was great with my kids and extremely helpful. My family left the boat smiling. I highly recommend this boat for any family looking for a great day on the water. Come ready to catch fish and enjoy the bay.

From the beginning Dave was responsive and personable! He made our day out to celebrate Father’s Day a memorable one! Not only does he care about his customers, but he cares about the fish too. We caught our limit and were able to have that for a Fathers Day dinner. 100% recommend booking a trip with him!

Went out on a Friday morning at 6am with a small group. captain Bell was welcoming and ready to go with safety instructions and what to expect. Cold morning…but got to our spot. Started off slow but Captain Bell kept pursuing the fish. Finally spotted what he was looking for and the catch was on! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable…will definitely book another trip when we’re in town!

Me and my family have done many charters, in many locations. Without a doubt, this Captain is one of the best around. First he is just a super guy! Second, this guys knows how to find and catch Stripe Bass. He has custom rods and custom set ups. This guy is absolutely amazing! All I can say is get ready to have a fishing experience and get ready to catch fish!

CAPT Dave contacted me regarding potential weather conditions and warned us about possibilities. I took his recommendations and we chaged our time and caught fish. More importantly, his infectios positivity and charachter was amazing. Totally recommend Chasing Dreams and will do again.
