We are in Los Angeles in San Pedro waters minutes away from the open ocean so you won't spend too much time in the harbor. This involves 4 to 12-hour trips, mainly fishing for Yellowtail, Halibut, Tuna, California Sheephead, Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Calico Bass, Rockfish, and Red Snapper, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, big game fishing, and jigging.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 30ft Albin whicj is 34ft over length that cruises 18 mph that can safely take up to 6 anglers out in any conditions. This boat comes with a full restroom and kitchen and an ice-box so bring your own food and drinks as you desire. We will also fillet your fish and put on ice for you to take home. We also offer vacuum sealing and shipping for extra cost.
The boat provides 6 Shimano Baitrunner spinners for beginners and also has conventional reels for heavy game. We do have 3 electrical reels on board for deep drops when you book a deep drop trip. We also provide all hooks, weights, and bait. You can bring your own fishing poles if you like. If you are 16 and older, please make sure to bring a valid fishing license ahead of time. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.

9 Hour Trip – Catalina on August 25, 2026 • 4 adultsWhat a great day on the water! Four of us went sport fishing to Catalina Island for the day and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We caught a great variety of fish, but what really made the difference was Captain Roger and Logan. They gave us excellent instruction and plenty of personalized attention, especially to a few of us older guys, and made sure everyone was comfortable, involved, and having a good time. They took care of everything—from baiting our hooks and helping us land the fish to properly preparing and filleting our catch at the end of the day. Their knowledge, patience, and attention made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Just as importantly, Captain Roger and Luke made the day fun. There were plenty of jokes, laughs, and great conversation throughout the trip. It felt less like just hiring a fishing charter and more like spending a terrific day at sea with people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Great fishing, great people, lots of laughs, and some beautiful fish to take home. Captain Roger and Logan made it a memorable Catalina fishing trip and a five-star experience. We would definitely go out with them again!

Logan tirelessly baited our hooks with fresh sardines to improve our chances of attracting yellowtail, while Captain Roger shared helpful tips and guidance on fishing techniques throughout the trip. As a grandma, I especially appreciated their patience and willingness to help with baiting the hooks and casting my pole. Although the yellowtail was elusive, we caught lots of bass, barracuda, and bonito. Their kindness and dedication made the experience truly enjoyable and memorable!

He was super friendly and informative about everything we had to ask about fishing and got us fishing in minutes as soon as we could. Me and my buddy were on the 2 hour taste of the ocean trip and we most definitely got more than we expected, we were expecting to get a couple bites and take a while to catch anything but to our surprise we caught multiple fish within the first 10 minutes it was an awesome experience and I couldnt stop thanking Roger for being an awesome person and captain he really knows his stuff and is a great guy.

There was 5 different kinds of fish we caught! He kept our lines baited and took off the fish for us! He took pictures and videos so we could just fish , then shared with us! He cleaned all the fish and put in baggies for us. If we ever come back we will definitely book another trip with him!

He has a ton of experience, which allows him to not only find the right spots, but use the right technique to hook the fish. I took 5 buddies and we caught a ton of fish including barracuda, bass, and bonito. I've referred him to a could buddies already, and will definitely book with him again. It was a great time!

9 Hour Trip – Catalina on July 13, 2026Captain Roger gave us the option to fish a few different spots. We made the choice and he took us to the fish. He doesn’t just let you stand there not knowing what you’re doing. He gives you advice, tips, and tricks on how to catch and land as many fish as possible. The boat ride out there was like riding in a Cadillac.. I will definitely do that

6 Hour Trip – Local on November 29, 2025What a great day on the water! Our captain was incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to fish with. He never let us sit for more than a couple of minutes without reeling in a fish or moving to a fresh spot. Every place we stopped produced at least two fish, and by the end of the trip we had more than we could handle. This was our second trip with him, and we’re already planning to come back again next year. Highly recommend
