The boat you'll be using is a 28' Mako center console powered by two new Yamah 200 HP engines and rigged with all the needed modern technology to help you have a safe and efficient reach to the fish. The boat has a portable toilet, outriggers, a livewell, and an ice-box.
Captain Joseph offers many techniques you can use to attract your targets. Using light and heavy tackle, you can bottom, drift, and fly fish, as well as troll, jig, spin, and pop. The fish you'll be chasing includes many Snapper and Grouper species, Amberjack, Great Barracuda, African Pompano, and Permit.
Feel free to bring your whole family, including kids. The captain will take care of all the rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, as well as a fishing license. You'll need your own gear if you want to fly fish, though. If you want to keep your catch, the captain can also clean it for you and bag it. Bring any snacks and drinks you like and you'll be set to go.

We were bringing them in as fast as he could bait the hook. He put us on many types of fish. Joe made the trip fun and eventful. The bathroom onboard is a big plus!

Offshore Full Day Trip (Extended) on September 3, 2023 • 2 adultsI booked a 10 hour trip. What was forecasted to be a nice day with 1 foot seas turned out to 3+ foot seas. ( the hurricane had came through 6 days earlier). After fighting to get out to the 70 mile objective we stopped about 40 miles out and agreed that continuing the rest of the way was not a smart choice. For the rest of the day Joseph worked as hard as he could to put me on The best fish he could. I cought some nice fish, and he was very knowledgeable on the area and where the fish were. I booked this trip for just myself so I was worried about how the day would go personality wise. I could have not asked for a better captain to fish with. By the end of the day I felt like I was fishing with an old friend. I would definitely recommend Joseph to anyone that was looking for a charter in the Naples area. We plan on returning to Naples next year and will definitely be looking Joseph up for another day of fishing.
