Eagle's Rock Tackle & Charter 

We started the morning fishing for mackerel and we were slightly behind schedule and missed them. Went to start in on the stripers, more inland. They were biting, but just being finicky. People were catching them off similar rig setups, but we were just having no luck. Capt. Tom determined for us to at least get 1 good catch today extended past our 4 hour mark an extra hour. We hit a hotspot and my friend caught a perfect, chubby 30” striper. We did not have much luck at the lobster traps prior as most were female. Overall Capt. Tom was a great guy, very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. We had a decent size sturgeon spring out of the water and saw many bald eagles and local wildlife. Capt. Tom was very deatiled and oriented on the history of the area dating back and teaching us the layout of the ocean, sandbars, rock areas, tides. My son had a blast even though him and I did not catch anything. Overall an awesome trip and highly recommended.

This was our 4th trip with Eagle’s Rock. We had a great time, as always! Catching mackerel for bait was surprisingly really fun. And we brought home a bunch of lobster from the traps we checked. Sadly we didnt catch a single striper. But not for lack of trying! Donna was doing everything in her power to put us on the fish, but they just werent biting. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

booked this charter as a father’s day gift for my dad. we had a great time on the water. tom did everything he could to put us on to Stripers. i was fortunte to reel in a 30inch striper at 9:59am right at the buzzer! tom was kind to clean the fish for us and let us stay an extra 30 minutes out on the water, to try and land a second fish. was a great day and 10/10 reccomend!

Captain Tom was awesome! He is kind and accommodating. The boat was very comfortable and clean. We were fishing for Striped Bass and Lobster. 3 Bass were caught, a 39 inch, 43 inch and a 44! We brought home 4 legal good sized Lobster for dinner! It was the best trip. We also saw a Bald eagle .

It was a mom and son fishing excursion. We had a great time and the Captain was awesome. My son caught a 30 inch stripper and we got 2 lobsters to take home. Score fo both of us. Captain brought us to a felocations and provided interesting tidbits. I would highly recommend this charter.

We had an incredible time on Father’s day. Captain Tom madd us feel comfortable, made us laugh, and his passion for fishing showed through! we caught a large blue fish, 2large stripers and had many othrr hits all while taking in the coastal beauty Thank you for making this Father/son trip one to remember!

Captain Tom is nothing shy of amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable, and makes your experiance great no matter the conditions! This is our second trip with Tom, & we will be back next year for a 3rd!

Captain Tom made every effort to make sure my 12 and 13yo boys had a great experience; fishing to the very end. Both boys came away with keepers and smiles! Thank you and would definitely reccomend!

Booked this for my Dad then my Mom decided to come as well. Then she caught a monster 😆 Ton was the best fishing captain and was very knowledgeable about the area as well.
