Running trips on the Cowichan River, iGuideBCfishingco is your ticket to a memorable time on the water.
Capt. Alex is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using techniques like fly fishing and drift fishing, depending on what you're going after. As part of their 8-hour trips, you can target species like Cutthroat Trout, Salmon, Brown Trout, and Rainbow Trout, depending on the current season and weather conditions.
Your boat for the day will be a 14' NRS that fits up to 2 anglers at any one time. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Don't forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!
iGuideBCfishingco offers only catch and release trips, so any fish you catch will be returned to the water. Children are welcome aboard so you're good to get the young ones started early.

What made this trip especially memorable was the cowichan river itself, floating down it felt like an awesome whitewater experience with fishing thrown in.
