Tip-Sea Charters at Windmill Point 

Captain Bull and Mike were very nice and worked hard to get on fish for our 11 & 12 year old boys. The conditions were rainy and breezy, but captain was game to keep pushing as long as we were. The new boat also provided comfortable shelter for Mom to nap. When fishing was slow for the rockfish we were hoping for, Captain Bull setup some bottom rigs to real in black sea bass and some frog fish one after another. Good times on the Chesapeake!

Cpt. Bull & Tyler were fantastic! We went into the trip with an open mind and no expectations as many of us hadn’t been fishing before or in a long time. Cpt Bull & Tyler helped trained us up and let us have fun. They took us to many spots where we got to troll fish, cast and reel, chum fishing, and even live bait fishing! Cpt Bull even took us to his favorite Cobia spot where we caught one before we could finish setting out all the lines! They were respectful and humane to the fish. Got a good haul of filets to take home, price point of the trip was good, perfect weather on the water, and some fantastic memories! 5/5 Stars, even more if I could, now we are even planning on making it a yearly thing. Thank you Cpt Bull!

Our very experienced local captain put us on fish from the get go. I wanted a different species initially and he was honest that they were no longer actively biting. He switched between methods, gear and location which treated us to an outstanding experience. My advice, lean into his knowledge unless you are willing to come up empty handed. He was great about how things worked and without a first mate handled all the baiting and bringing fish on board. Busy guy made it look easy! Thanks Capt Dan. Can't wait to go again. Also loved having the whole boat just to our group, no strangers or shenanigans.

We had an awesome day with Tip Sea Charter! Captain Bull was great—super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked hard to put us on fish all day. He made the trip fun while teaching us about the area and fishing along the way. Charley was outstanding with my boys. He took the time to answer their questions and showed them how to fillet the fish we caught. They loved it, and it’s something they’ll remember for a long time. It’s not every day you find a crew that takes that extra time with kids. Absolutely Amazing Fishing Trip! 🎣 We had an incredible time out on the water with Captain Bull! He was awesome from start to finish and made the whole trip a blast. We are absolutely stoked with the Spanish mackerel we caught and couldn’t have asked for a better day of fishing. This was our six year old grandson’s introduction to fishing, something he’s been begging us to do for some time. Captain Bull was great, keeping the boat in calmer waters, patient with an impatient little boy, and helpful every throughout our adventure. We caught plenty of different fish and, I think, have made life-long fisherman. Thank you, Captain Bull.

My son and his friend caught 5 Cobia, 14 Blue and a mackerel. Captain Dan and Charlie, were kind, funny, focused, helpful, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful. We had perfect weather, a quick swim in the ocean, and a lot of fish to take home (that was quickly and masterfully fileted by Charlie on the way back in). Boat was clean and comfortable. This is the 2nd time my son has had a successful fishing trip on lil Tip Sea and We will definitely rebook again with Captain Bull Dan.

We had a blast with Captain Bull and his mate Charlie! They were professional, fun, and great educators. The first part of our trip they put us on a few cobia, but as the fish gods would have it none stayed buttoned up. After that we quickly transitioned to trolling for mackerel and bluefish. We caught a bunch of fish for the table and Charlie sent us home with some very clean filets. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fish catching and entertainment on the water.

We have booked many charters, but this was hands down the best fishing charter experience we’ve ever had! Captain Bull and Charlie are knowledgeable, professional, and made the trip fun from start to finish. We caught 3 cobia within 45 minutes! Captain Bull is definitely the perfect hypeman as youre reeling in your catch! This trip is one we won’t forget. Highly recommend Captain Bull and Charlie for anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water!

Have done many fishing charters and this was the best! My grandsons had an amazing time. Caught lots of fish. Captain Bull and Charlie were awesome. Actually took the time to teach the boys some fishing techniques and gave them tips. Was the ideal charter experience. Can’t wait to have them take us out fishing next year when we are here again on vacation. Highly recommend Tip-Sea. Would give them 6 stars if I could!
