Ready to cast a line in the Northwest? Gills and Thrills is here to make it happen! Having logged many hours on rivers, Joshua Mikota, a licensed professional fishing guide and captain, can tell you all about them. This is an adventure on a jet boat away from large vessels and crowds. You will see wildlife and beautiful scenery while casting lines!

These waters are known for Steelhead, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, and more – with any luck, you’ll have tight lines in no time. For these species, you’re likely to troll, cast, jig, and drift while using a variety of tackle and methods

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available; otherwise, you should bring your own. You’re welcome to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!

Your day begins aboard a 20 Alumaweld Super Vee jet sled boat with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered, along with fish processing.

Before coming aboard, it will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the guide. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It’s recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is not allowed, and neither is cannabis.
