Let’s Go Fishing Guide Service – Clear Lake
Family friendly guide! I have a passion for educating my customers and helping create unique memories. I'm a military veteran, husband, and father of 8. For the last 18 years, I've been fishing Clear Lake. It is my home body of water and a place i am truly passionate about. Guiding fits my personality and there’s really nothing else I would rather do.
Here’s what you can expect from me:
All equipment and bait will be provided.
I will give you my best effort on the water. Mother Nature is a beast at times and you never quite know what she will do.
Our #1 goal is to have fun and hopefully learn something along the way.
This is your trip, not mine. If there is something you want out of it, let me know and i will try to accommodate that.
I can give you a crash course on walleye tactics, lake information or Garmin electronics and forward facing sonar. I can also hop in your boat and help dial in your electronics. Im experienced with the “big 3” (Garmin, Humminbird, and Lowrance).
A safe and compliant boat. I am running top notch equipment. We have a couple Garmin 106sv’s and a 126SV. We also have the Garmin livescope installed on the trolling motor. The Minnkota Ultrex, on the bow is a top end trolling motor with remote control and Spot Lock. We run lithium power throughout the boat.
Life Jackets are provided.
Fish Cleaning: If you decide you want to keep fish, I'll clean and package them at the fish cleaning station.
I can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. There is always plenty of room for the kiddo's The boat is rated for 6 people.

Tyler was very accommodating and was able to push our time back to the afternoon after it had quit raining. We had a very successful fishing experience. Caught many yellow bass, some crappies, a couple of walleyes and one big whopper walleye! We even got a quick tour of the Shoreline to look at all of the beautiful homes. We would definitely use Tyler again!!

Walleye was the target, but catching a massive Musky was a highlight. Tyler taught me how to use his live scope. He brought plenty of bait and plenty of options to try.

Forward Facing Sonar Training- Half on August 8, 2026 • 2 adultsHad a great time on the lake. Even during off peak fishing times we caught a ton of yellow bass and a few walleye. Our guide, Tyler, was extrememly knowledgable about the lake and its species. His enthusiasm for fishing ensures you’ll have fun and learn a lot. I’ll definitely be booking again.

He was very knowledgeable on the area and changed our technique of fishing. For five times to make sure that we had the greatest experience we could possibly have I would recommend him highly.
