You'll be dropping lines from a 23' Dorado Custom Boat, where you'll find live bait, rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. The SWFL waters are known for a variety of fish. Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, Trout, Jack Crevalle, Sheepshead, & Snapper are just a few examples of what can be targeted in the area. If there is a specific species you'd like to target, send Captain Wills a message!
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, a hat & sunblock (non-spray). Extra will be on the boat just in case! Water and Gatorade will be onboard. Feel free to bring food and drinks.

What really stood out was his willingness to customize the day around exactly what we wanted to fish for. We wanted Tarpon—and we got Tarpon! We also caught Grouper, Snook, and Snapper, with continuous action throughout the entire day. Beyond the fantastic fishing, Wills was simply a great guy to spend the day with. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. We’ve used FishingBooker for trips in various locations around Florida, and our experience with Capt. Wills was by far our favorite. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and will absolutely fish with him again!

4 Hour Trip – Inshore on March 11, 2026We had an absolutely fantastic day inshore fishing with Captain Wills. From the moment we got on the boat he was enthusiastic, informative, and incredibly accommodating. He clearly loves what he does and it shows. The fishing was nonstop action. We caught a ton of snook, snapper, jack crevalle, and Spanish mackerel throughout the day. Captain Wills kept us on the fish and made sure we always had a line in the water. The highlight of the trip was when we stumbled upon a massive school of jacks busting on the surface. We dropped our lines in and immediately doubled up—catching multiple fish at once. It was absolute chaos in the best possible way and had us laughing the whole time. Captain Wills also went out of his way to pick us up and drop us off at our preferred location, which we really appreciated and made the whole experience even easier. Beyond the great fishing, he made the entire day fun and memorable - plenty of laughs, great conversation, and constant action. Highly recommend booking with Captain Wills if you’re looking for a great day on the water. Thanks again, Captain Wills!

5 Hour Trip - Tarpon on April 18, 2026 • 3 adultsWe had a great time. Our plan was to target, snook, snapper and reds. We stopped at one of the Capt. Willl’s hotspots and the non stop action of snook and snapper was outstanding we didn’t won’t leave. Snook after snook, snapper action was good, probably lost twice as many as we landed; no fault of Captain. For bass fishermen, not setting the hook is a challenge. lol. I ended the evening with my personal best snook, 29”.

As a Port Charlotte native, the captain was very knowledgeable about the fish and the area. He was very dedicated to ensuring we caught a lot of fish (Tarpon and Snook), and that we had an amazing time! His eagerness to teach our family the ropes of fishing for Tarpon made for a engaging experience, and we will definitely be back for more memories!

We had a fantastic day out with Captain Wills. We caught some tarpon right away and he was able to teach us how to actually land them. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the fish! Combined, we were able to catch nearly every species we had hoped to see inshore fishing in May. He really went the extra mile to put us on fish and taught us all kinds of tips and tricks. Highly recommend booking, I’m sure we will again!
Captain Wills went above and beyond, working hard to ensure my three sons had an unforgetable experience! We immediately connected with snook, tarpon and more… and Captain Wills gave great instruction that enabled each of my sons to have success in landing more fish than we could keep track of. The boat was safe, very comfortable for all of us and the tackle was top of the line. I’m so glad to have these memories together and we all look forward to fishing with Captain Wills again in the future!
Had a great charter and caught some solid snook and Jack. Wills was super accomodating and prioritized the right things like safety and guest experience. Caught some solid fish and will be back multiple times with more guests and family. Wills great at communication and I left everything up to him with no specific species or area.
