Depending on the season, you might hook into Catfish, and who knows what else! On these trips, it’s common to bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Capt. Jonathan welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites for a boost of energy when needed!
Your day begins aboard a 22' Travis pontoon boat with space for 7 passengers. It has all the essentials. Capt. Jonathan will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, and sunblock. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

He was willing to take you step-by-step so that you can have the best experience possible we went for catfish and off of the first couple cast. We were hooking some real big ones and I believe his homemade bait is one of the best and one of the most tolerable for those who hate dealing with worms, guts, or chicken skin
