Hammered Down Fishing operates throughout Eastern Washington, targeting Chinook Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Sturgeon, Walleye, and other seasonal species. Every trip is customized based on the time of year, current conditions, and your fishing goals. From trolling and jigging to spinning and other proven techniques, Captain Isaac works hard to put you on fish while making sure everyone has a safe, fun, and professional experience.
You’ll fish aboard a spacious 26’ Alumaweld that comfortably accommodates up to six anglers. The boat is fully equipped with quality rods, reels, tackle, and the gear needed for a productive day on the water, so all you need to bring is your fishing license, weather-appropriate clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, and anything you’d like to eat or drink.

8 hour trip - Trophy Sturgeon on July 13, 2026 • 2 adultsI booked this trip as I was just passing through on a road trip. I sacrificed an additional day an Olympic National Park for this fishing trip and I would do it again! I do not think there is a better value, for the money, than the Trophy Sturgeon trip - and I have done dozens of fishing charters. The boat is extremely nice and comfortable. The captain is knowledgeable and fun to talk to, and lets you be very involved. It was nice beind able to set the hook yourself, and reel it in; sometimes it doesn't feel immersive enough when a guide just hands you the rod to reel in only, with the hook already set (trolling is different). Overall, I was able to land four White Sturgeon, and lost two others. The landed Sturgeon lengths were: Baby size x2 4.5 feet and a 9 foot giant! If you're hesitant about doing this trip, don't be! It was extremely worth it for me and I will be booking it again if I am ever in town again. Also, we didn’t see another boat and had absolutely nobody else to worry about, which was a nice bonus.

I only landed a sturgeon a little over a foot long, boat record from what i was told. So thats something to be proud of. I will definitely be back out at some point to chase down a mosnter sturgeon!
