We have fine tuned every technique and mixed top of the line equipment with an experienced multilingual crew. This allows us to catch fish by doing what's necessary, not convenient.
Don't let our tournament style approach intimidate you, we also like to fish with light tackle and make the most elusive gamefish a reasonable target for even the most inexperienced anglers. Your safety, comfort, and enjoyment are our only priorities

We are also proud to be the only charter company in the Canary Islands sponsored by some of the world's leading fishing and yachting brands, such as Simrad, Mustad and Hรถwk.

We are located on the SW side of Tenerife, one of the best fishing grounds on the island and also one of the most spectacular landscapes in Tenerife.

The crew were fantastic told me exactly what they were going to do and what was happening and what to do. I will more as likely be back again.. ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐

In the early December 2025 we booked couple of days to fish at Canary Islands to celebrate our 50s birthday. This was our first ocean fishing experience. Fishing Booker app suggested multiple options, and our choice fell onto RodFather due to the reviews and photos shared in the profile. Must i say, it was wonderful couple of days! With crew guidance we caught several trophy-size fish. On the boat everything was ready for us: the fishing rod, the bates, and the replenished fridge. We did not have high expectations, and catching 3kg barracuda and sometime later 2 amberjacks, 10 and 30kg, was already massive success for us. For the second day in the afternoon it was decided to try our luck with tuna. You will never forget how it feels to hook and hold a tuna. And we managed to catch 30kg long-fin tuna hooked and pulled. Crew was very friendly and supportive throughout the experience. For an experienced or fresh fisherman who would like to try their luck in Atlantic waters of Tenerife, we can confidently recommend going with RodFather.

I booked this fishing trip for myself and my 2 children having no fishing experience. My children are 10 and 13 years old, the crew were really patient and helpful with them. they asked us whst weโd like to fish for and we all agreed that weโd rather have more fish than 1 massive one. .So we went to a few different spots catching all kinds of species. then we spent the last 45 min trawling for tuna and marlin. spotting whales dolphins and a huge turtle was the icing on the cake for us. If youโre considering booking with kids with no experience id definitely give this crew a try we had a really good afternoon.

This is my 2nd time on this boat , took my dad this time. we were given options and advice of fishing but we opted to risk it and go for the risky marlin. 3 hours in and we hit lucky. was on the seat for 33 mins reeling in what captain lubin discribed as being a possible 550 lb blue marling . with a 10-20% chance of catching one we had a bit of luck and i caught a once in a lifetime fish . havi guiding me all the way when the fish was on . A great team , a great boat and a great fish. will definately be back again
