Me , Dad and my brother had a great trip out with the lads. fishing was slow but as anyone who fishes knows thats not their fault. We caught some greater weaver fish and a marbled electric ray so still caught some cool fish
Very nice trip and caught some beautiful fish. The bost was good and captain very nice person
We went went fishing not sure what to expect, the captain and crew was very helpful en we enjoyed the trip a lot, if you want to go fishing in fuengirola just go with waly 👍

We werent really sure what to expect when we booked but the trip was relaxing and fun. We caught a few fish and saw a massive Sunfish off the boat. Captain was chilled and we took some beers on board. Will do it again soon!

I will describe my experience in detail and talk about the advantages and disadvantages. The trip started at 8:00. The boat owner arrived on time, but the captain was about 20 minutes late. There were two crew members assisting us during the trip, one younger captain and one older captain. To be honest, the older captain was very dedicated, but the younger captain was not. Neither of the captains spoke English, so we communicated through translation apps during the whole trip. The plan we had agreed on with the boat owner was two hours of trolling and two hours of jigging. There is one important point here: the boat owner’s equipment was very good. I have to say that it was the best among the boats I have been on, and most of the equipment was Shimano. However, here came the problem. The jigging rods and reels that the boat owner gave us were not very good. The reels were spooled entirely with monofilament line, the drag had quite serious problems, and the sabiki rigs prepared for us were already rusty. We started with trolling, but we did not catch anything. Then we switched to jigging and using sabiki rigs to catch live bait. We had two bites in total. The first one cut the line immediately, possibly because it was a fish with teeth. On the second bite, because of the stretch of the monofilament line and the drag problem of the reel, we were not able to pull the fish out of the rocky area in time. Later, although we successfully pulled the fish out of the rocky area, the hook broke because it was already rusty. This made me very unhappy. Another thing I want to mention is that, in theory, we should first use the sonar to find the fish and then start fishing. Once the fish move away, the boat should immediately follow them. However, many times there was nothing on the sonar, but the captain still did not move the boat. I even had to ask him to move. After that, we did not get any more bites. The older captain later explained to me that this was because of the tide. This brings us back to the original problem: the better tidal period that morning was from 8:00 to 10:00, but the younger captain was about 20 minutes late. To summarize, the boat itself was very well equipped. It also seemed to have a trolling motor, but it was not used that day, and I cannot be sure of the exact reason. The fishing equipment on the boat was also very good overall, but you need to actively ask the captain to use it. However, both captains’ fishing style was quite old school, and I am mainly referring to their jigging style. So I would recommend this trip more to experienced anglers. It is better if you already know how you want to fish and are able to tell or guide the captain on what to do next when necessary.
Had a great time asked captain before hand just to find something for my son to catch, well my son had a great day so you cant beat that, learned alot about the area history and several other cities around. Going to do it again with my son when the water temps rise for bigger fish. Thanks guys you were great.. See ya soon.

we enjoyed our fishing trip, all three of us had fish. but nothing of size(that’s fishing) we were regularly catching, I would definitely recommend,3 hours felt just about right.
Good fishing trip with my son.
