Reelshark Charters 

Reelshark Charters has a trip with your name on it along the stunning waters of Placida. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Mike is prepared to put you on fish.

These waters are known for Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, Hammerhead Shark, Spanish Mackerel, Blacktip Shark, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Bull Shark, Lemon Shark, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream.

Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Any fish within the legal limit are yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Enjoy it later that day or pack it away for months down the line.

Trips with Reelshark Charters are kid-friendly, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

You'll be fishing aboard a 23' Center console that holds up to 5 passengers. It has a fighting chair and all the essentials.

Capt. Mike will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Bottled water is provided free of charge. Be sure to bring sunblock (non-spray) and sunglasses. No other drinks are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
