Welcome aboard the HighHook with Captain Rusty Kennedy, a true pillar of the St. Simons Island fishing community. Spanning three generations of proven local expertise, the Kennedy name is synonymous with tournament victories and local angling lore. Capt. Rusty is a decorated tournament veteran and a previous Georgia state record holder for the King Mackerel species. Whether you are looking to land a trophy fish or introduce your kids to the joy of bent rods, you will learn from a lifetime of dedicated coastal knowledge. We offer child-specific charters- bring 'em aboard and get the kids hooked while they're young! Captain Rusty will make your investment well worth the time, and we look forward to making lasting memories and smiles with you out on the water!
Things to know:
There's no need to buy a fishing license, simply show up ready for a good time! Each species has regulations – your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. Life vests are included. Although, we do allow you to bring your own puddle jumper or personal vest that your kids may be more comfortable in and used to.
Things to bring:
Bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and snacks.
