Your adventure takes place aboard a 24-foot SeaArk ProCat 240, a purpose-built catfishing boat equipped with professional-grade Garmin electronics, quality rods and reels, and the equipment needed for a comfortable and productive day on the water.
Depending on conditions and seasonal fish patterns, you'll experience techniques such as controlled drifting, trolling, and bottom fishing. Whether you're an experienced angler or holding a fishing rod for the first time, Captain Richard will help you get the most out of your trip.
Families and young anglers are always welcome! We enjoy introducing the next generation to fishing, and no previous experience is necessary.
All rods, reels, tackle, and bait are provided. Just bring your valid Georgia fishing license, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and your favorite snacks and drinks. Alcohol is not permitted.
Want to take home some fresh fish? You're welcome to keep legal catches within applicable regulations, and fish cleaning is available. Just bring a cooler for the ride home.

10 Hour – Full Day Catfish Trip on April 18, 2026My son and I took a trip with JayRFishing on their beautiful well equipped SeaArk ProCat 240. We had a great trip from start to finish. Very knowledgeable crew and willing to share info and techniques that will help you as an angler in the future. Their boat made the trip that much better as well. Plenty of room and very comfortable to be in. Would recommend fishing with this crew to anyone.
