PF Guide Service Hunting & Fishing in North California is a nature-loving guide service that has one main goal: to makes sure all their guests have an incredible and memorable time with them! With access to a whole host of NorCal's famous rivers at your doorstep, you'll have the chance to cast a line for plenty of world-famous fish.
Captain Pete Franco is the man behind this guide service. He was born and raised in a fishing and hunting family, so both of these sports inevitably became a huge part of his lifestyle. Capt. Pete will teach you anything you need to know about fishing for your target species, and will gladly share a tale or two about his biggest catches!
You'll fish aboard his 24' Fish Rite jet boat, which was originally built in 1990 and has room for up to 6 guests. She's powered by a single 460 HP Ford engine with a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots. This vessel includes GPS and fishfinder, so you'll be on fish in no time. On board, you'll also find the necessary safety equipment, as well as a wireless trolling motor so you cruise the rivers without spooking your catch!
Capt. Pete fishes out of the Sutton area, which is the perfect location for exploring plenty of North California's rivers, including the Sacramento River, Feather River, and Yuba River. Each of these fisheries has something special to offer, and Capt. Pete knows exactly where to go to find what you're looking for. Your target species include Striped Bass, Sturgeon, and delicious Rainbow Trout and Salmon.
As you'll be hooking into some tasty table fare, Capt. Pete will clean and fillet your catch for you so it can go straight in the pan when you get home.
