All Big King Salmon Charters Captains are united states coast guard licensed fully insured CPR and First Aid trained and certified.
all safety equipment and supplies are on board life jackets first aid supplies ECT,

We fish the calm waters of Puget sound for Salmon bottom fish flounder lingcod and Dungeness crab depending on the seasons and availability.
We are 6 passenger downrigger trolling boats and we fish 3 downriggers 3 poles maximum for salmon for maximum catching efficiency.
You will be fishing on a 30ft bow to stern custom Tollison offshore Ocean sports Fisher by Tolly Craft built for the ocean and offshore fishing.
We feature the Best of the Best state of the art electronics and fishing gear and tackle.
Ultra-High-definition sonar fish finders.
Ultra-High-definition radar and GPS.
All new top-of-the-line ultra-high-speed digital electric downriggers.
The finest fishing equipment, Shimano reels, fishing poles, fishing lures, and tackle, are provided.
we feature a beautiful, enclosed cabin to get out of the weather a large open fishing deck to experience the fishing action.

3/4 Day Trip - Shared on August 21, 2026Had a great time fishing with Captain Chris. We got a shared trip, but it happened to just be us that morning, so it was a private experience. We got out there pretty early and there were already a lot of boats out there, but Captain Chris knew what he was doing and we hit our limit of two each pretty quickly. Chir was great to talk to. We spent a little more time trying to catch a fish for Chris and didn’t find any keepers for him, but we still had a great time!

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, takes safety and regulations seriously, is kind, and hilarious. Nothing better than a day on the water with a great captain, will definitely be booking with Chris again sometime soon looking for some more Salmon. The area and the lifecycle are so fascinating, can’t miss adventure if you enjoy fishing.

Chris knew where the fish were and didn't waste any time sending the lures down or getting the fish in the boat. Communicated well and kept everyone involved. When the fish took a little break, Chris was easy to converse with and made the trip a memory that will last for a long time. Highly recommend giving him a call and booking a trip.

If you are looking for an unforgettable fishing trip, book with Big King Salmon Charters right now. Captain Chris made the entire experience an absolute blast from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and knows exactly where to find the fish. He kept the energy high, shared great tips, and made sure everyone on the boat was having a great time. The boat was clean, the gear was top-notch, and the fishing action was non-stop. We came home with an amazing catch and fantastic memories. Thanks to Captain Chris for a phenomenal day. We will definitely be back!

I went out with my son and we caught a Cohoe Salmon. Captain Chris was great and worked hard to find us fish. I highly recommend going out with Captain Chris!
Chris was very good with my 12 year old son. We had a good day on the water.
