Kenai Peninsula Halibut Fishing Charters

This trip is perfect if you're looking to get on the hottest bite around for Salmon! You can expect a 1 to 3-hour ride to the fishing grounds, where the epic hook-ups will begin. The captain will provide you with all the required equipment for this trip.

Make the most of your summer in Alaska and head offshore and fish the Pacific's prolific waters in search of delicious Halibut. This incredible species is a table favorite all around the world, and you'll have the chance to take 2 back to shore to enjoy for yourself. There's always the potential of catching other species, like Cod, Rockfish, and Salmon. *halibut stamps are now required and will be purchased through us directly for $20. *A fuel surcharge of $25 per personcould be charged if over $5/gal

This trip allows you and the crew to fish for 2 species on the day. This can include Halibut, Yellow Eye Rockfish, Black Rockfish, Lingcod, King Salmon, and Silver Salmon. Please check the Alaska Regulations for seasonality, size and bag limits. You can check these and acquire your fishing license at the Alaska Department of Fish Game website. Bring Lunch, drinks and snacks. Be ready to depart at 6:00 a.m. We only take 6 anglers on this trip. This is NOT a 'Party Boat' of 12-18 other anglers.

Join us for a true full day of fishing out of Whittier. We can accommodate shorter days if necessary, but prefer to run a little farther to get into less pressured waters (and still have plenty of time to fish). Prince William Sound is a beautiful place to spend a day fishing and hanging out with the many whales, sea lions, porpoise, and other wildlife that frequent our fishing grounds. Private boat only, so you won't get stuck with folks you don't know and have full control of your trip.

Experience world-class fishing in Prince William Sound with Saltwater Excursions. Our full-day trips target halibut, salmon, rockfish, and pacific cod, with lingcod often caught as a bonus. Halibut is our top priority, and if time allows, we will target second species. Departures are at 7:00 a.m., returning around 5–6:00 p.m. Limit out early? We return sooner so you can maximize your adventure!

4hrs fishing 2hrs before and after high tides day or night trips available

This trip leaves generally at 6am and returns at 6pm. The Snowbird accommodates 12 to 14 anglers for this trip. We will be targeting Halibut Primarily as well as other species such as King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Black Rockfish, Yellow Eye Rockfish, and Lingcod when in season, (see ADFG rules and Regs). We will be traveling out into the waters of the Gulf of Alaska unless weather does not permit us to.

Captain Barry will be your guide to the beautiful Prince Williams Sound, with a true passion for both teaching and sharing his knowledge. Whether you are a seasoned pro or 1st timer, this will be a trip of a lifetime. The 10-12 hour charter targets Alaskan Halibut, while filling the boat with other great species such as Salmon, lingcod, and rockfish. High end electronics, very well laid out fishing platform, and an extremely comfortable boat, make for an excellent day on the water.
