This trip is about hunting for the Northern Pike & Walleye that inhibit this special area of Alberta. Trip includes up to 7 hours of fishing, all tackle, bait, just bring your lunch, fishing licenses and expect to enjoy a great day on the water! Please specify if you are hoping to keep any Northern Pike and or Walleye at time of booking this trip as meeting locations/lakes will be different depending on lake regulations for keep limits of each species. Start time can vary depending on weather forecast.

A full day guided trip is an 8-hour experience starting at 8:00am. After a quick plan overview, we get on the water and target active fish using seasonally effective techniques. We adapt throughout the day, moving locations and patterns to stay on the best bite. You'll get hands-on coaching, learn key strategies, and maximize time fishing. We wrap up at 4:00pm with great memories, photos, and a GoPro highlight video.

Let us know what species or multiple species you'd like to target, what time of day you'd like to go and basically whatever you'd like to do, including sight seeing while out on beautiful lake of the woods. Kluane Lake is one of Canada’s largest glacial lakes; remote, glacier-fed, and lightly fished. Talbot Arm is a private, boat-access-only section with no roads, no crowds, and virtually no fishing pressure. Target Lake Trout, Arctic Grayling, Northern Pike, Whitefish, and Burbot. Crystal-clear water allows sight-fishing the shallows, dry fly action for Grayling, aggressive Pike strikes, and deep-water battles with large Lake Trout. Self-guided fishing: your boat, your schedule, your water.

2–3 hours of evening fishing on either Pigeon Lake or Wabamun Lake, both approximately 1 hour from Edmonton by vehicle. We’ll target Walleye and Pike, and I’m happy to teach anyone of any age how to fish.
