Techniques include trolling, casting hard body lures as well as casting soft plastics. We target barramundi as it is a popular species for the superb eating qualities, fighting abilities, size. A prized catch of a 100 cm Barra by anglers is about 7 or 8 years old. Note: we will clean or fillet your catch and bag it up for you to take home! Great fun for family or small group day tours.

Take advantage of the world heritage listed amazing Daintree River, this day consists of chasing estuary Barra and jacks, while sightseeing walls of thick jungle and lots of croc spotting, site casting Barramundi in the Daintree crystal clear waters is one adventure you won't forget. Lunch is included. We are a premium charter service and will spend as much time on the water as necessary to put you onto fish! 9 HOURS PLUS of on-water time if wanted.

Private charter for the boat, up to 4 people. You will find yourself fishing estuary waters for Barramundi, Golden Snapper, Mangrove Jack, and many more, depending on the season. Please note we do charge a 10 percent surcharge on public holidays .(As of the 27th of march 2026 we will be adding a temporary 13 percent fuel levy to all tours .This will remain temporary until fuel prices settle back down )
