During snapper season, the 6-hour trip allows enough time to run about 25 miles offshore to target Red Snapper. If there is additional time left, you'll fish for King Mackerel, Sharks, Ling, and other near coastal fish.
This is our most popular trip and the best balance of fishing time, comfort, and overall experience. FEDERAL SNAPPER SEASON (JUNE 1- OCT 26) This is the crew's most popular year-round trip! It gives you enough time to get out to the structures where the sea monsters live! This trip may yield any of the following – Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, Mahi, Kingfish, Wahoo, Cobia, sharks, and even the occasional billfish when luck strikes! MAX OCCUPANCY IS 6 PEOPLE BY LAW, THERE IS NO EXCEPTION.
A 4-person trip from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. available for $1000. Add additional people for $100 per person for up to 6 total. Bait, rods, tackle, and water to drink will be provided.
Head out onto the water for a morning of great fishing. Comb the sheltered waters around local jetties for a ton of awesome inshore species. Target Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Jack, sharks, and much more. This trip is great for families. Bring your sunscreen, beverages, and snacks. If needed, pack your seasickness medication. There are no fuel charges for this trip.
Call before booking! For 10-hour trip will be deeper water trip that is usually 30 - 60 miles out, trolling for Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish, Marlin, and bottom fishing for Red Snapper, Vermillion Snapper, and Amberjack when in season.
Target Red Snapper (best tasting fish) at the RGV Reef Texas largest artificial reef located about 13 miles northeast of SPI Jetties. Short 25 minute boat ride to location (depending on swell conditions). Trip can be up to 5 hours or less depending on customer preference.
We will leave the dock the evening before the 20-hour trip and expect to return between 8–10 PM. Captain Robert holds a Coast Guard 100-ton Master Captain license and has been fishing the Gulf for 24 years. Our deckhand will assist you with boarding, your gear, and getting your bedding set up. The ride out will take approximately 5–7 hours, and we will begin fishing as soon as we reach the ideal location. We strive to put fish in the cooler and provide an unforgettable experience.
