The guide was fantastic, very patient, and made sure the boys had a great time while also teaching them along the way. It’s been 9 months since the trip and my boys still talk about it all the time and ask when we’re going again. That alone says everything about how great the experience was. If you’re thinking about going bowfishing, don’t hesitate. It’s an incredible experience for kids and adults alike. I highly recommend it — you won’t regret it.

We had a great time with Capt John bow fishing last week! John was an incredible host and extremely knowledgeable as well as patient. It was me and our 3 boys (21, 17, and 9) and while this was our first time, John was super helpful to teach us how to use the gear and make the most of our trip. Throughout the night John was helping us with strategies and telling us stories of previous trips and lakes he has fished. To be honest the night went by in a flash! John went out of his way to meet us near where we were staying then made sure he put us on the fish, even if it took a little longer. In the end the boys and I had a great time and made some memories that will last forever. John was fantastic and I can't recommend him enough!
