My name is Matthew Sudol and I am the owner of Streams to Summit Guide service. I have fished the Catskills Rivers for 30 years for Trout in the mainstream, tributaries of the Delaware and mountain streams.
In addition to fishing the rivers I worked as a Fisheries Biologist in region 3, that encompasses most of the Catskills. We performed mark and recapture studies, abundance and food estimates through aquatic insect population. Additionally I did a lot of work with real properties and landowners to acquire public fishing rights easements.
When we fish I will provide fly rods, flies and or spinning tackle depending on your skill level. I will check river conditions including flow rate, visibility and weather conditions to determine the best watersheds to target. Whether you are looking to enjoy a leisurely day afield, cast at a few rising fish or catch a couple. We can provide a tailor-made experience for you and your fishing partner.
