Adele II – Fishing On A Racer! Squide is here
Adele II is built for leisure AND fishing. Focus is on deep sea fishing outside Gozo. We catch Red Snapper, BigEye with electric rods and on the the way there we do trolling for Lampuki (Dorado or Mahi Mahi).
Of course we take a break if the customers want to do just seabobing and swimming close to the shore.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Bonito, Grouper, Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Kavalli or baitfish to use during the day and whatever else is biting. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Trips with Adele II are kid-friendly, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You’re welcome to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
Your day begins aboard an Axopar 37’ sportfishing vessel that holds up to 10 passengers. It has downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, 10 nm, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

E admito que não reservei tempo suficiente. Mas o barco, o equipamento e a orientação foram fantásticos! Posso recomendar.

O Bjorn era calmo e paciente, e fez um trabalho fantástico a introduzir-nos à pesca — especialmente com as nossas crianças. Apanhámos peixe, fizemos um churrasco e nadámos na baía. Todos passámos um momento maravilhoso. Se estiver a visitar Malta, esta é uma aventura que vale bem a pena experienciar.

Tudo foi perfeito. O barco era moderno, confortável e praticamente novo em folha. O Bjorn era calmo e paciente, e fez um trabalho fantástico a introduzir-nos à pesca — especialmente com as nossas crianças. Apanhámos peixe, fizemos um churrasco e nadámos na baía.
