Whitsunday Fishing Charters takes you fishing around the majestic waters of the Great Barrier Reef. These fisheries are easily one of the best place to be fishing in the world and the numerous reef attracts scores of fish that are found here throughout the year.
Luckily, the crew has a stable vessel to take you right to the spots teeming with fish. Enter Reef Adventurer, a 39' custom made aluminum fishing boat that can take up to 10 people. The boat will give you a safe ride. She is equipped with a 250 HP Honda engine from 2017 and comes with a set of navigational electronics.
There is a toilet onboard, as well as a live bait well, an ice box, and the safety gear. The vessel features outriggers and carries Shimano Titan rods, Finnor Offshore 8500 reels, 50lb braid and 80lb leaders.
Your trip will take you about 40 nautical miles from the Abel Port marina. The ride takes about two hours and you can sit back and enjoy the view. Just make sure to bring your camera along.
You will target Coral Trout, Red Throat Emperor, Red Emperor, Spangled Emperor, Nannygai, Cod, Spanish Mackerel, Trevally, Tuna, Cobia, and many more reef & pelagic species.

The crew will serve morning and afternoon tea, and you're welcome to bring your own beverages. Alcohol is ok if it's in cans. The crew will clean your catch and put it on ice. When packing, make sure to bring sunscreen, sunnies, a cap, and a light jacket when fishing in cooler months.

Velika zahvalnost i pohvala Dejvu i Toriju, ti momci su fenomenalni. Brinuli su o nama, bilo je puno smeha, zabave i doveli su nas do ribe. Pastrmka, pastrmka i još pastrmke. Ne možemo da zamerimo ni jedan deo našeg čarter izleta i već planiramo sledeći. Toplo preporučujemo, hvala momci, bio je to dan koji nikada nećemo zaboraviti.
