Half day trips with Ken are great for first-time fishermen and children. You'll go over the basic gear and knowledge that you'll need to hook your first fish. You'll fish the upper parts of the river for beauties like Brown Trout, Steelhead, Chinook, and Coho Salmon. Bring your fishing license with you, as well as drinks and snacks.

We’ll fish using flies, spin rods, or fly rods, depending on conditions and your preferred style. We’ll find fish that are ready to take you for a ride. Snacks and drinks are included, and you can add a grilled riverside lunch for an additional charge.

We will be trolling with Cisco rod mounts and Shimano Takota reels. We will be going to the most productive fishing grounds in Lake St. Clair to catch that dream Walleye. We will be using a I-pilot linked wireless trolling motor and kicker motor.

On this adventure, you'll be fishing on the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, MI. The bay is 32 miles long and is separated by an East and West bay with depths up to 620'! Most of the time we will be fishing between 70-130' of water and within sight of shore. With fishing on the bay, we tend to have calm waters with those concerned with sea sickness.
