Trolling along the Virginia Beach oceanfront for Spanish & King Mackerel, Bluefish. Sight casting for Cobia and Red Drum.

On this half day trip, you will target toothy Bull, Blacktip, Spinner, Dusky, and Hammerhead Sharks with 30 lb stand-up tackle. Catch and release, tag and release, or keep for dinner (state and federal regulations apply). The captain will supply you with the fishing gear, you should bring sunscreen, glasses, dress for the trip, and bring a camera. Pack food and drinks, and come along!

This trip will take place in the lower Chesapeake Bay. As soon as you come aboard, you are minutes from fishing! Once you're on the best fishing grounds, you can cast your line and wait for something great to bite – Redfish, Black Drum, Cobia, Bluefish, as well as Striped Bass and Spadefish are all game. After the trip, your captain and first mate will clean and package your catch for you. Don't forget to bring your food, beverages, and sunscreen.

Have the boat to yourself for the whole morning and let the captain take you after Hammerhead, Blacktip, and Bull Shark. You'll be using 2–3 Shark lines, and you can also land some tasty bottom fish in the meantime.

An 8-hour trip gives you the chance to explore a range of different fishing grounds in and near the Chesapeake Bay. Head up to 45 minutes offshore and battle it out with monster Cobia and fish the shallow waters nearshore waters to fill the boat with plenty of delicious creatures to take home for a well-deserved dinner. Bottom fish to entice the bite of Flounder, Drum, Spadefish, and many more, before using all your skills to keep them on the line and hooking 'em aboard.

Rods, reels, and flies included. Lunch will be provided. Airport pick-up is available at extra cost.

We will fish around the island, searching for Flounder and what ever other bottom dweller we can get to bight the hook. As we are fishing you can enjoying the beauty the island has to offer.

A full day of sigh fishing for Cobia and big Redfish

From May to Nov, we sail from Machodoc Creek Marina in Dahlgren Virginia. Primary target is Striped Bass, and we use several light tackle techniques including topwater, jigging, casting paddle tails, and crankbaits to put fish in the boat. These are action packed trips with several releases after we put our limit in the cooler. Perch and Catfish can also be targeted to make your trip a 'meat run'. We are family friendly and will have you catching your own fish no matter your age or experience level.
