Action Jackson Sportfishing 

We wanted to catch a bunch of fish, and hopefully something good to eat. After trolling and catching tons of bluefish, we asked if we could try for sea bass, triggerfish ad flounder. Captain Chris pivoted, and we caught a bunch of those!

5 of us went out and caught a bunch of Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish. The trip was great! Capt. Chris and his mate Anthony got us on fish within the first few minutes of putting lines in the water. Great day fishing and would recommend Action Jackson for a trip whether you’re going with family or a more experienced group.

We had a fantastic time out on the water shark fishing! We caught a couple sharks including a huge, few-hundred pound one. Overall my whole group had such a fun time.

capt. Chris and mate Rodney are excellent in their craft. highly recommend. have used twice now. reliable and always come back with dinner!

Weather was not good for our schedule trip. Captain Chris was very good at keeping us informed. He had to cancel our original trip do to weather reports. He was able to offer us the next day due to another cancelation. We were hoping for some flounder, but we caught so many sea bass, the action was none stop. The bonus was we hooked into 3 sandbar sharks. Even though they are protected we were able to get them to the boat and release them.. Highly recommend ACTION JACKSON Captain Chris and 1st Mate Zach. Will surely be booking with them next year.

My family and I are visiting Rehoboth from Upstate NY (Rochester) and went on a Shark trip with Captain Chris. He couldn’t have been nicer & made the trip fun for my boys. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about salt water fishing and the sharks. The weather was dicey with some wind and water was a little rough. We didn’t have anything after the first hour and a half & was getting a little worried. Chris told us not to worry & that he was confident we’d catch some. We caught two beautiful Tiger Sand sharks (one quite large). The first one we caught was about 7 feet long and 250-300lbs. I was shocked by the size as we got it to the boat. The boys were elated by this experience & have a camera full of pics with amazing pics & videos. I can’t say enough about Captain Chris and this experience. I highly recommend - especially a Shark Trip!! Thank you, Captain Chris. :)

Seas were to rough to make it out to our 20 mile destination for flounder and sea bass. Since we were in town for just the week we could not reschedule the trip. Instead of cancelling the trip the captain christopher did his best to accommodate the situation and put us on some shark fishing and inlet fishing. Zack, his first mate was an all around great guy. We definitely had a great trip highly recommend this outfit.

Absolutely AMAZING time on the water with Capt Chris and Zach with Action Jackson Sportfishing last night!! These guys were fantastic!! We couldn’t have asked for a better time!! Honest and straight forward guys who made sure we got the best fishing experience the ocean had to offer!! Thanks to both of them for a fishing experience of a lifetime!! If you want great fishing get on board with these guys!!

Great experience with Captain Chris and Zach. Sharks weren’t biting at first due to tidal change. Chris and Zach were patient, engaged the kids (14, 13 and 11) and sure enough as the tide changed in came the hungry sharks! We pulled in five which gave everyone a turn reeling them in. Even the youngest had a turn at the reel with Zach and Chris’s help. Great day on the water!
