The boat is in really good condition and modern, clean and comfortable for an older family of beginners. Captains Ricky and Debbie and were amazing, they were very patient with teaching first-timers, and very friendly and pleasant. Debbie taught us the basics and was very hands-on. We could feel that they genuinely loved what they do and they were helpful for the full two hours. As beginners we caught several fish. Water was offered on board and they had great equipment and live bait. They went above and beyond with moving to different fishing spots to make sure we could grab something. The tiki backyard has a bathroom before departure. Ricky was great at communicating scheduling conflicts beforehand and is bilingual in English/Spanish. We would definetely book again!

My son (14) and I scheduled a trip with another captain, but that trip got canceled due to weather. I scrambled to find another trip out, before the windy weather, and that one got canceled due to a busted engine before we headed out. In the meantime Captain Ricardo was super responsive as I searched for options and worked so we could still get out before we left. While we couldn’t go off shore as we originally planned, we had a great mangrove fishing trip out of the wind. He and Deb worked hard to make sure we got some fish!

We were 1st timers, but Ricky & Angel were patient & extremely knowledgeable. They helped every step of the way & we ended up bringing in 16 yellowtail snappers! They did filet & ice the fish. We took the recommendations of bringing it to a nearby restaurant to have cooked & shipped the rest home! We will absolutely return!

In spite of some emergency family issues, Ricky managed to keep our charter with only an hour delay. He was both knowledgeable and personable, answering our many questions as we learned new techniques. As a bonus, he remembered to take photos and videos which we would have forgotten. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again!

Captain Ric and Deb were amazing. Such a great time and we lost count on the catches. We left the doc on a charter and came back with new friends. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I would definitely recommend this Outfitter for any or inland offshore trip.

None of us had ever fished before, but Captain Ricky had us casting in no time, he made it an amazing afternoon for dads and lads. We weren’t getting any bites, but the local knowledge and expertise soon sorted that. We ended up catching two snappers and a barracuda! Plus on the way back we saw a manatee, which nearly stole the show from a great afternoon! Highly recommended, boat was clean, drinks were chilled and Ricky was a legend Thank you !

We loved our time fishing with Ricardo! He has a sweet set up, which was perfect for our family, who are all fishing novices. He was incredibly patient and we all managed to catch something on our trip. He cleaned our fish and recommended a local restaurant who would cook it up for us (highly recommend Buzzard’s Roost nearby). Thank you Ricardo for a memorable and fun trip. We’ll definitely head back the next time we’re in town! Highly recommend.

Ricardo was super friendly/welcoming and very helpful on our private booking. Didn’t catch many fish(no fault of the captain and crew) just wasn’t our lucky day to catch allot of fish. Overall a wonderful and relaxing experience for my wife and I. What also was bonus surprise for us was getting to see Manatees while fishing through the mangroves. I certainly recommend Ricardo and crew for anyone visiting the Key Largo area if you’re looking for a no hassle laid back fishing experience. Thank you again Ricardo for making our Florida Key experience/visit that much more awesome and memorable!!! Will definitely book with you again upon our return.
