Om du är sugen på lite roligt och spännande flod- och sjöfiske är Southern Sun Guides rätt ställe att vända sig till. Kapten Chad Keeter välkomnar dig till Weldon, North Carolina, och han är ivrig att använda sina kunskaper och färdigheter för att göra din tur så bra som möjligt.
Under din tur kommer du att använda en 19 fots Lowe aluminiumfiskebåt som rymmer upp till 3 fiskare. Den drivs av en 90 hk Yamaha-motor och är utrustad med GPS och ekolod av hög kvalitet för att hålla dig på spåret av ditt byte. Det finns även en livewell ombord för att förse dig med levande bete.
Du kommer att jaga Striped Bass, en av de mest populära sportfiskarna i USA. Med lätt utrustning kan du bottenfiska, spinna, jiggfiska samt drivfiska. Välj själv om du vill sätta tillbaka fisken du fångat eller ta med den hem och laga några läckra måltider. Ta gärna med dina barn på turen också. Kaptenen älskar att ha dem ombord och det är ett utmärkt tillfälle för en trevlig familjeutflykt.
Kapten Chad tillhandahåller spön, rullar och utrustning, samt levande bete och beten. Innan du ger dig iväg, se till att du har packat ditt fiskekort. Du kan behöva fylla på energin under turen, så ta med mat och dryck också.

We had an early start to our half day of fishing and Chad put us on fish right away. We caught fish all day. We caught 58 total fish today including 5 shad and one blue cat fish. Chad was an excellent guide and took excellent care of us today. I would highly recommend him as a guide. We will definitely use him again when fishing for rockfish.

He took the time to explain why we were trying the different techniques, what to do in different situations, and explained the gear he was using. We caught a lot of fish but more importantly to me, learned a lot about how to fish on lake Gaston.
