Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites for a boost of energy when needed!
You'll step aboard a 35' SeaHunter center console with up to 5 passengers. It has outriggers, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Aaron will provide all tackle, ice and coolers too keep your drinks and catch chilled all day.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like, bring other drinks in plastic or aluminum containers. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Both the captain and mate were both super helpful and definitely knows how to put you on the fish, at one point almost every rod had a fish on it at once was definitely a experience worth the trip! Will 100% be booking again in future.

The crew was professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. It took a little while to hook the first tuna, but everyone stayed patient and focused—and it paid off. Once we caught our first tuna it was nonstop excitement. It was such an awesome experience, and we ended the day with some great fish to bring home. It was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Catchin or Cussin Fishin to anyone looking for a true adventure. We are already looking forward to the next trip.

The Sea Hunter boat handles the ocean beautifully and, when conditions are right, cruises at over 36 knots, giving you more time to do what you came for: catch fish. Captain Aaron is top-notch — always researching weather and water conditions to put you in the best position to hook up. He’s especially great with kids and truly enjoys helping them experience the joy of the ocean and possibly landing their first fish. My kid absolutely loves fishing with Captain Aaron — he makes every trip fun, exciting, and memorable. I’ve fished with Catchin’ or Cussin’ on multiple occasions and have done it all — from giant bluefin and yellowfin tuna to bailing dolphin and deep-dropping for tilefish. Every trip has been a blast. I highly recommend Catchin’ or Cussin’ for anyone looking for a top-tier offshore fishing experience. The boat, the captain, and the opportunity to create unforgettable memories on the water make it well worth it.
